I coach founders, execs, and emerging managers to ensure their leadership aligns with organisational culture and sustainable best practices. In practice this means teaching communication -and decision making practices that enables teams to deliver, over and over again.

 

My belief is that good leadership is the key to business success and my coaching is therefore practically oriented and closely tied to business outcomes.

I coach both online and in-person, group and/or 1:1. 

I specialise in the two topics below and always provide between-session support to keep momentum and adapt to the need at hand.

A disciplined way to separate facts from assumptions so choices are made on evidence, not cognitive shortcuts. Using Six Thinking Hats and the Ladder of Inference we build clearer priorities, lower risk, faster alignment, better results.
